Looking to adopt a dog in Orange County? Happy Life Animal Rescue is back at PetSmart in Newburgh, NY on Saturday, November 7, from 12 to 3 PM with adoptable dogs ready to meet you. There’s still time to bring home a new best friend before the holidays.
