Happy Life Animal Rescue is a foster-based organization. We are always looking to expand our network of loving and open foster parents to house our available dogs and cats. Do you have room in your home and heart to foster an animal? Fill out an application/contract form, below!

Foster Application
We do our best to match foster parent(s) with animal. Some of our animals are in need of special care and exhibit less than savory behaviors. We want our fosters to be prepared, in advance, in case an animal is in need of extra care or special attention. Thank you for considering fostering for Happy Life Animal Rescue!
If not, understand that they have to be walked on a leash.
